Beth Waldman is a senior consultant at Bailit Health with national expertise in health policy, development and implementation of programs specializing in Medicaid and CHIP programs and coverage for the uninsured. Beth`s work includes assisting states and other stakeholders in the design of delivery systems and payment reforms; Care management and the design of the home health program reform of health-promoting behaviours, including the integration, prevention and treatment of opiates; Measuring quality Purchases of administered care long-term services and supports strategy and integration. (a) The Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) operates a Primary Care Case Management System (PCCM) for SoonerCare Choice members. The PCCM is a managed care model in which each participant has a medical home with a primary care provider (PCP). Participants can choose their own primary care provider or clinic as a PCP if this provider is registered with OHCA as a PCP and soonerCare provider. Those who do not choose PCP can be assigned to one (1). Members can change PCPs at any time. Ms. Dickerson has more than 30 years of experience in public health and policy development. Since 2017, she has been the office manager for long-term services and support services at the Ohio Department of Medicaid. It focuses on the development and implementation of Medicaid government policies in the areas of care and care services, home and community waiver declarations, maternal and child health, and developmental disabilities. Dickerson also coordinates with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and interprets federal guidelines, designs a language of law and conducts benchmarking to determine the most appropriate service delivery for individuals and families. Previously, she was section head of interagency policy at the Ohio Department of Medicaid 2011-2017, project manager for the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services 2010-2011; Head of Human Resources, Ohio Office of Budget and Management 2008-2010; Deputy Director of the Ohio Tobacco Prevention Foundation from 2003-2008 and held various leadership positions in the Ohio Department of Health 1990-2003; From 1988 to 1990, she worked as a contract administrator in the federal government.

Ms. Dickerson has extensive experience in managing health programs through partnerships with public authorities, local health agencies, health management agencies, hospitals, pharmacies and outreach organizations. In addition, it has played an important role in the development of non-traditional health education programs for underserved populations and has been recognized across the country for its leadership role in implementing efforts in high-risk communities.
