Macomb County Labor Agreements

The terms and conditions of employment and benefits of Macomb County employees are governed by applicable collective agreements and personnel policy. The information contained in this site should not be interpreted in such a way as to modify the provisions of the collective agreements or directives in force in personnel matters. This database contains PDF copies of the collective agreements for each Michigan district for teachers, bus drivers, assistants, office workers and other employees. Union contracts include not only salaries and social benefits, but also information on class sizes, staff evaluations, school calendars and more. The Mackinac Center for Public Policy is working to update this database in a timely manner. We invite school districts to support us by sending copies of new collective agreements or links to these agreements to admin@educationreport.org. Disclaimer: Collective agreements may be amended by letters of agreement, letters of agreement or memoranda of understanding. Agreements reached on this page may not reflect changes made after the date of ratification. If you have any questions, please contact Human Resources and Labor Relations.
